Fibromyalgia is reaching epidemic proportions as patients inundate medical offices with reports of chronic, often disabling pain in the jaw, neck shoulders elbows, wrists, the sacrum region, knees and hips . They report also memory loss and these symptoms may often lead to a sense of hopelessness and depression.

Where Qi Gong was practically unknown 5 years ago in North America, it is now gaining popularity for relief of chronic pain, high blood pressure, arthritis, fibromyalgia, ADD, ADHD, cancer patients and the list goes on.
Deborra has worked extensively within her reflexology practice with clients with the above conditions and has found that these people also benefit greatly from the practice of Qi Gong, and find that with regular practice that their symptoms decrease dramatically.  We address the emotional issues that may contribute to the pain of the client, This is achieve through the practice of the six healing sounds, which transforms negative emotions to positive virtues within the vital organs and experience a series of meditative movements and exercises that assist with the movement of Chi or (energy), and thus increase vitality and energy!
